This Data Processing Addendum ("DPA") governs the processing of personal data by Oakbridge Capital on behalf of counterparties, partners, and service providers, where applicable.
Where Oakbridge Capital processes personal data on behalf of a counterparty, the counterparty is the Controller and Oakbridge Capital is the Processor, as defined under applicable data protection laws including GDPR and LGPD.
We process personal data only on documented instructions from the Controller, implement appropriate technical and organizational measures, and ensure personnel are bound by confidentiality obligations.
Where sub-processors are engaged, we ensure equivalent data protection obligations are imposed on them, and the Controller is informed of any intended changes.
Cross-border transfers of personal data are made in compliance with applicable safeguards, including Standard Contractual Clauses or equivalent mechanisms.
We assist the Controller in responding to requests from data subjects exercising their rights under applicable data protection law.
